Mike Wittenstein is an internationally known experience designer. Over a decade ago, as e-Visionary for IBM GlobalServices, he launched that company’s first customer experience practice, serving market leaders such as Air Canada, Best Buy, and McDonald’s. Now, running his own firm, Mike provides break-away brands with the know-how and tools to create experiences their own customers will rave about.
Mike teams with UX experts, architects,researchers, actors, technologists, visual merchandisers, and financial analysts to differentiate retail, healthcare, travel, hospitality, and other service brands by introducing meaningful improvements to their customer and employee experiences. Mike developed the now market-proven Storymining® Process to find what’s compelling in a brand and then translate it into experiences that get noticed, remembered, and talked about.
Mike is a seasoned speaker, consultant, and facilitator. He lives in Atlanta and works globally. He is an honors graduate of the Thunderbird School of Global Management and the University of Florida. He speaks four languages.
